I have more than twenty years of experience in business and consulting. I have worked in international companies and led Executive Search projects and projects aimed at streamlining management development and process management. Since 2013, I have been focusing on family-owned businesses. I act as an advisor and mentor to business owners, helping them successfully plan and carry out generational succession, set up a suitable management model after they leave the company and bring forth further growth of the company through cooperation and development of key members of the family and management.
I am involved in various business communities whose main goal is mutual cooperation and respect, continuous development and improvement of business environment in Slovakia. I have extensive publishing and lecturing experience, especially in family business. I am fluent in English and German.
I like to spend my free time with my family, reading books. I lead an active lifestyle, practising a number of recreational sports. In the past I used to be a successful basketball player and after a long break I returned to coaching children. Sport has given me so much and now I want to give back. I also care about the physical and personal development of youth.
I enjoy working with people who adhere to moral and ethical principles, have a positive mindset and not only never stop learning themselves but help others develop, too.

As an Executive Search consultant, I specialise in senior and mid-level management appointments for both local and international companies. I work across a broad range of industries and functional areas, which enables me to quickly understand each client’s business environment, specific needs and the dynamics of the relevant talent market.
With every assignment, I aim to go beyond the initial brief. For me, it is not simply about finding a candidate who meets the required criteria. I look for people who will thrive in a particular environment, fit the company’s culture and bring lasting value to the organisation.
My strengths lie in persistence, a strong focus on results and attention to detail. I am able to assess the market quickly, identify relevant talent and build new relationships. Over the years, I have developed an extensive network built on trust – with executives, candidates and clients alike. This network often proves invaluable when identifying the right people for key leadership positions.
Advisory work with family-owned businesses has also been a significant part of my professional career. I focus on assessing the potential of senior management team members and future successors from within the family, as well as on organisational design, process development and the professionalisation of management structures.
Within our firm, I am also involved in initiatives focused on continuously improving the quality of our services and the overall client experience. In addition, I am responsible for the company’s marketing and social media communication.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family at our cottage in Orava. In the warmer months, you will often find me hiking or cycling, while winter is all about skiing and snowboarding. And when I am not on the move, I enjoy slowing down with a good book and a great cup of coffee.
My professional journey has revolved around engaging with individuals. For twelve years, I worked in a translation company, where I focused on finding suitable candidates, in this case linguists, as well as maintaining relationships with existing ones. My responsibilities involved market analysis, research, and talent sourcing among applicants. I’ve always strived to keep both parties satisfied and remain professional while still maintaining a human touch in communication. Although the world of translation may seem distant from the world of Executive Search, the approach and way of working are very similar. Over the years, I have developed a certain intuition for talent scouting, which I apply in my current job. I am also involved in identifying new business opportunities, and I am responsible for selected internal processes and maintaining the quality of our database. I am fluent in English and German.

People in my surroundings know me as a passionate coffee lover, I try to live a zero-waste lifestyle, and I enjoy creative activities – drawing, photography, crafting. I spent part of my childhood in Vienna, where I completed my schooling through university. Over time, however, I felt increasingly drawn back to Slovakia, where I had friends and a strong social network. I prefer spending time with my family, especially during summer celebrations when we gather with extended family from abroad.
Working with people and communication have always been close to me, which is why I chose to study psychology, a field I now naturally integrate into my professional work. At FONDATI & PARTNERS, I work as a Consultant. I lead Executive Search projects, focusing on identifying and approaching suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their fit with the client’s needs and the specific requirements of each role. My work also includes individual assessments and psychodiagnostic evaluations of candidates and managers, where I draw on my professional background in psychology.
In addition, I am responsible for marketing activities within the company. I contribute to content creation, external communication of our key topics, and the presentation of our company and its activities, allowing me to combine my work with people with my passion for creativity and communication.
When working with candidates, I value a human approach, trust, and discretion. I also place great importance on being organised, precise, disciplined, and persistent. I am fluent in English.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family or being outdoors. From an early age, I was involved in dancing and playing the piano, and later took up orienteering, which helped me develop a strong love for nature and the mountains.
I have been working in human resources for almost 20 years. I gained experience in external HR consulting and Executive Search, as well as in in-house HR, in both international and local organisations.This allows me to look at working with people and how organizations function from several perspectives.
Executive Search is my true passion. I enjoy connecting companies' needs with people's potential and finding solutions that benefit both sides. Each project also lets me get to know different companies, business stories and management teams, keep learning, and bring clients experience from across industries.
In in-house HR, I worked as an HR Business Partner at an international FMCG company and at a private research institute. I focused on talent management, performance management, employee development and compensation. I also ran my own retail business for several years, which helps me better understand the business owner's perspective.
At FONDATI & PARTNERS, I focus on Executive Search, career consulting, and process and organizational consulting. I help family businesses fill key management positions, set up HR processes, and create the conditions for their stability, growth and continuity.
In my free time, I most enjoy being with my family, reading a good book, or skiing in the winter.
